True Energy Home Care is our HVAC maintenance plan for homeowners in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and across the Corridor. For $199 a year, a True Energy technician tunes up your furnace every fall and your air conditioner every spring.
We catch worn parts and small problems while they’re still easy to fix, saving you money and giving you confidence for the season ahead.
What’s Included
Yes. Normal service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We also take after-hours calls Monday through Friday until 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we’ll reach you first thing. No-heat and no-cooling calls go to the top of the list.
Our diagnostic fee is a flat $99. You’ll get a price before any work starts — no hourly surprises.
Being based in Tiffin puts us close to most of the Corridor, and maintenance plan members get priority scheduling during peak season.
All major brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, and Amana. We repair systems regardless of who installed them. Don’t see your brand listed? Give us a call and ask.
