Yes. Normal service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We also take after-hours calls Monday through Friday until 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we’ll reach you first thing. No-heat and no-cooling calls go to the top of the list.
Our diagnostic fee is a flat $99. You’ll get a price before any work starts — no hourly surprises.
