Worried About Making the Wrong Investment?

After my original solar company went bankrupt. I switched my monitoring company to True Energy. They were extremely helpful in getting everything switched over and transferred to them. This last April I had hail damage to my roof and to put it nicely fighting with insurance and figuring everything out has been a nightmare but True Energy has been so helpful and prompt when connecting with me. Insurance didn't cover anything and True Energy helped by giving me extra time to pay them. I worked with Emmy specifically and I can't thank her enough for all the help and understanding that has been afforded to me through all of this.

We had solar installed on the house in July and couldn’t be happier with the process. The staff at True Energy were extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. True Solar did an excellent job getting our solar system back into operation and communicating with the app. Our original installer went out of business and we were left without a functioning system.

Recently became a client/customer of True Solar from previously being a part of the bankrupt solar company Purelight Power who did my set up/onboarding/installation a couple of years ago. We thought we had a roof leak tied to our solar and (luckily) found True Solar and could not be happier to have found this company. They treated our issue with urgency and got someone out within a few days - their tech (Grant) was extremely nice and more importantly - extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented and explained our set up to me in a way I clearly understood. Unfortunately for us, our issue in the end did not tie to our solar but was an HVAC issue but going forward, I feel very supported to be in the True Solar family - they are doing monitoring on my system for free which is amazing but more importantly, I know they will be there for us should any actual issues with our system happen. I could not recommend them more!

Seamless! From start to finish! Great staff for our plan, panel install and electrical hookup. Brandi was fantastic at keeping us abreast of everything taking place and when to expect the crew(s) and or inspectors. The CornBelt inspection was completed, the utility inspector provided glowing reviews for True Solar and indicated to us that True Solar had everything completed exactly as they had initially submitted for approval. CornBelt told us that with some solar companies they have to reschedule and come back one or more times for final approval/connection as the completed system is nothing like what had been initially submitted (adding that it is typically due to other carriers subcontracting the work out). Thank you True Solar!! We are very happy with our system!

True Solar has been amazing since taking over our system and really appreciate all their help. Emmy has been able to provide exceptional customer service and appreciate the technicians who have come out. We don't know what we would have done without them since the prior solar company that installed our system went out of business. They have truly been exceptional to work with.

Some of the best service we’ve experienced with any technician. Made sure to do a thorough inspection when replacing our inverter to make sure there was no underlying issues. Accurate quote and very fair pricing.

I needed my solar system checked since Moxie Solar filed bankruptcy. The Service tech came out and checked the system, replaced the necessary parts to update the system. Now it is running well. He encouraged me to call if any additional concerns and/or issues arise.
